Dr. Osamuede Me is a medical doctor and healthcare administrator with nearly 20 years’ clinical experience, quality management expertise, and pioneering involvement in institutionalising ISO 15189. As Lead, Administration & Operations at EasePal Care, he provides strategic and operational leadership across governance, systems development and service delivery. His multidisciplinary expertise spans clinical practice, healthcare quality, data analytics, emerging technology and AI, enabling him to bridge healthcare experience with innovative, digitally driven solutions.
Dr. Adokiye Berepiki is a Consultant Family Physician and highly experienced healthcare executive based in Lagos, Nigeria. He earned his MBBS degree from the University of Port Harcourt and is a Fellow of the West African College of Physicians (FWACP) in Family Medicine.
Currently, Dr. Berepiki is a leader in the healthcare industry with over two decades of clinical and administrative expertise. He has held several significant leadership roles in various healthcare institutions. His expertise spans clinical governance, comprehensive patient care, HMO negotiations, and hospital operations. To further support his administrative leadership, Dr. Berepiki holds specialized certifications in Leadership, Management, and Project Management from the University of Washington.
Tariq El-Mansouri is an accomplished finance and audit consultant dedicated to driving strategic growth and rigorous fiscal compliance. He specializes in sustainable healthcare financing, partnering with organizations to optimize their capital structures, ensure regulatory adherence, and implement long-term, resilient funding models. Furthermore, Tariq brings extensive advisory and audit expertise to cross-border expansion infrastructure, providing the critical financial oversight, risk mitigation, and scalable frameworks necessary for seamless international market entry. By combining detailed operational auditing with forward-thinking financial strategy, he empowers enterprises to navigate complex global markets while maintaining robust accountability and sustainable profitability.

Saratu Tebu is a results driven leader with over 14 years of multi sectoral experience in program management, project financing, HR, and business development. She serves as Executive Director of Pearls and Wellbeing Foundation, Managing Partner of Cogniforth Consult, and a Board Member at Easepalcare Ltd. Directing impactful projects in Nigeria and internationally, she excels in strategic planning, fundraising, budget compliance, and high-level public and private sector engagement.
She holds an MPH from Mississippi University for Women, a Master's in Humanitarian Action from the Geneva Institute, and a BSc in Public Administration from the University of Maiduguri. A trained Project Management Professional (PMP) and member of the Nigerian Institute of Management, Saratu leverages strategic vision, digital proficiency, and financial stewardship to drive sustainable impact and broad-level governance across diverse initiatives.
Anthony Solomon Ojeifo is an accomplished construction management executive and the Chief Executive Officer of LOJIIS GLOBAL VENTURES NIGERIA LIMITED. With a Bsc. in Building and an OND in Electrical Electronic Engineering, he brings a robust technical foundation to complex project oversight. As a dedicated member of the Nigerian Institute of Building, Anthony excels at directing project portfolios, optimizing resources, and ensuring the seamless delivery of large-scale initiatives.
Throughout his career, he has provided critical leadership on diverse infrastructure, educational, and residential developments. His portfolio includes overseeing site operations for HNS Global Concept and BOI Constructions, as well as managing major urban projects like the 1,000-unit Rosy Estate in Abuja. A proven administrator with a long history of institutional leadership roles, Anthony combines meticulous technical oversight with exceptional crisis management skills to ensure on-site execution consistently aligns with corporate objectives.
